It was a joy to see so many of you at RSG’s 20th Partners Conference in Point Clear, AL, because this year you probably had to really justify the expense of the conference. We all have heard recent news reports equating a conference with a boondoggle, a waste of time and money. We are always sensitive to that sentiment, which is why we ensure our conference is a major learning event for all who attend. We also want to treat you like royalty, so we choose a place you will want to come back to, an attractive resort with quality service and great food such as the Grand Hotel Point Clear Resort & Spa.
Feedback from attendees is the ultimate measure of how well we did. Our clients completed 134 surveys on the classes we provided, rating instructors and presenters who conducted our education and risk management sessions. The final tally delivered 103 ‘Excellent’ and 31 ‘Good’ ratings. This indicates that we delivered quality instruction on information attendees can use daily in their jobs. The 2GB flash drive you received as a gift has every Microsoft PowerPoint ® presentation prepared for the conference and serves as both a reference and a reminder of the knowledge you gained.
To showcase the event, we have posted more than 60 conference pictures on our website that illustrate the networking, learning, and fun we had together as a client community. Thank you for participating, and for those who could not make it, we look forward to seeing you at our 21st Partners Conference in 2011, which will feature our next generation web RMIS product.
