Associate Spotlight: Sandy Anders

You may not know Sandy Anders, but she knows your data. Sandy joined Risk Sciences Group Atlanta in 2006 as an account manager. When interviewed for her current position, Sandy stated, "I love data!" If you have ever heard an RSG account manager discuss our conversion process and say that we are performing parallel testing, more than likely Sandy was involved. For almost every extract, report, or data file RSG produces, Sandy performed rigorous testing and comparing of these data files from our old system to our new system. She was an integral part of the conversion efforts. Because of her background as a software trainer, Sandy is very proficient in Microsoft Access® and was able to perform comparisons quickly and accurately. So you may not know Sandy, but if you are serviced out of our Atlanta office she certainly knows your data.
Sandy says, "Being an account manager for RSG is the most personally fulfilling job of my career. I'm a people person, so I love the interaction with my clients. But I also need to be challenged intellectually. I work with some of the brightest people I have ever met, so I am learning constantly. And although coming on board during migration was challenging, being able to contribute and seeing the project completed was both exciting and satisfying."
Sandy loves to travel and is very involved in church activities. Most of her free time is spent with her daughter Polly, her friends and family, and her two poorly behaved but lovable dogs.
