Customizing Report Categories

Sigma EncoreSM Reports has been enhanced to allow your RSG account manager to customize Report Categories based on a user id, a group of user ids, or all user ids within your company.
A Report Category is a folder or subfolder in the Sigma EncoreSM Report Library. For example, Adjuster Notes and Claims ⁄ Occurrences are folders. Claims⁄Occur Listings, Excess Analysis, and Financial Analysis are subfolders under Claims ⁄ Occurrences.
If you use certain Standard, Personal, and⁄or Customized reports on regular basis, it may be more convenient to have them displayed on the Report Library grid in a separate folder or subfolder containing only those reports. Your RSG account manager can now create new folders⁄subfolders to accommodate those needs.
In the Standard Report Library, the Claims ⁄ Occurrences folder contains a variety of subfolders, and each subfolder holds numerous report templates. For example, the list of reports that display by default when the Claims⁄Occur Listings subfolder is highlighted may look something like this:
If you use only one or two of those reports on a regular basis, a customization can now be put in place that allows for only those reports to display in the Report Library Grid. A customized folder (or subfolder) can be created that displays only those reports you use regularly:
So if you find yourself wishing you didn't have to click on a lot of folders and search a lot of lists to get to your favorite report, contact your RSG account manager and ask about customizing your Report Categories.
