He/She works closely with you from pre-installation planning through implementation, and more importantly, as your on-going support to leverage all the knowledge gained. Every RSG Account Manager has several years experience in claims management, risk analysis, insurance, and technology, and is dedicated to servicing your risk information and reporting needs, no matter how complex.
Each Account Manager is part of an organized team consisting of a back-up Account Manager, technical staff, and communication/network specialists. This team works with you. You benefit with account support that is knowledgeable, responsive, consultative, and effective.
Your Account Manager can be contacted any time during normal business hours, and during pre-scheduled after hours, to answer any questions that you may have. On-site visits are scheduled periodically to review Dmitri utilization, provide on-going training, review upcoming enhancements, and address other RMIS needs you may have.
