Sigma Encore RMIS provides claim administration functionality that allows for the recording of incident and claim details by your risk management operation. To promote consistency and efficiency, these same screens or panels are also used to edit claims handled by third party administrators. Entry of reserves, payments, and all sensitive information is secured by username and password as to who may have entry and/or edit privileges.

Diary Event Manager allows users to monitor and manage time or date-related events with trigger-activated alerts. Diary events can be created as stand-alone/unattached events or they can be linked to a specific claim record. Unique note resolution date and text completes the follow-up process.

Adjuster Notes can be entered or cut and pasted into a claim file. Filter your note search by any field describing the note or by any text string within a note, i.e. 'attorney'. Scroll through notes with 'previous' and 'next' buttons.

Click on Instant Email button and immediately send a message to any valid email address and/or distribution list. As an outgoing email utility, receive a copy of the email automatically sent to your corporate email system.

Each RSG client is provided server storage to support file attachment of electronic documents. Electronic documents may include word processing and spreadsheet files, digital images, Adobe files, etc.
