Notes is an easy to use claim query and reporting tool that allows Broadspire Services, Inc. self-insured clients to view, download, and print Broadspire handled claims. Notes is conveniently launched from the Internet and is accessible using a standard Internet browser that supports a Citrix connection. After a brief telephonic training course, Broadspire clients have immediate, on-line access to their claims, financial detail and adjuster notes.

Notes features Dashboard, a graphically appealing display of key claim and financial indicators updated daily. Users also create a variety of reports on demand, including claims listings, financial summaries, frequency and severity ranking reports. A single click will automatically export the report data to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.
