RSG recognized that risk management operations have unique needs that may not be addressed by a standard software product. We carefully designed Sigma Encore to accommodate substantial configuration and customization without compromising our ability to upgrade you to our latest version. Our design allows modifications to be fully integrated into the RMIS application without diminishing its look and feel. Examples of our tailoring include:

• A majority of our panels or screens are data driven with field parameters; color, graphic, font, label, and content are all defined in a table that can be easily modified
• Any number of additional tables and data elements can be added to the database and placed on panels
• Custom validation and/or processing logic can be added
• Custom security parameters can be added
• The flow of panels can be modified per user so that the most commonly used panels will appear first
• Custom modules can be added and integrated as links on your Sigma Encore navigation bar or as a hyperlink button added to your panels

Your Sigma Encore installation is fully upgradeable to new versions when released. Your account management team completes your version upgrades, adjusting for all your customizations, at no additional cost to you.
