Account Managers carefully tailor training to meet your individual needs, adjusting the class instruction to your skill level. Training can be conducted at one of our regional training centers or at a similar training lab on-site at your office. Web conference training is also supported for short duration instruction that requires little instructor monitoring.

RSG features hands-on instructional computer training with your data. Each Sigma Encore training package includes a course agenda, course objectives, and training materials. Training is reinforced with user documentation and Online Help. Once initial training is completed, on-going training can be scheduled on-site at any time. You can also attend classes offered as part of our Regional User Group and annual Partners Conference.
